Wellness Calendar

This project was born out of a desire to help people take some time out of their day to day for themselves. To pause, breathe, observe, reflect, connect with themselves or create community.

Here you will find activities that are mostly free or require very little effort, so they are accessible to most people with an internet connection or a piece of paper and pencil. I suggest keeping a notebook so you can revisit some of the self-discovery exercises or add new ones, such as the bucket list or gratitude list.

Along with the activities I suggest interesting music, movies or podcasts that can enhance the experience of the moment.

Pick a strip, whatever you want to do that day, and go for it. There is an activity strip for each day of the week. I will try to publish a new set of exercises every week.

I hope this brings you some relief in your day to day life as well as inspiration.
